I thought the staff members were friendly and humble. The location is quite good for accessing different places. This area is very clean and safe.

The room had a smell coming from the side of the toilet. It was near the small fridge. I noticed there was no table to work on, so it was difficult since I needed to use my computer.

the location was super convenient for getting to meetings. the staff were really friendly and helpful, always smiling (they are gems!). my room had a fantastic view, a cool smart plus room. the strong wifi let me work without any hiccups.

i noticed a very small stain on one of the towels.

The security personnel worked hard to find parking for me. I felt valued as a guest. The hotel booked a grab car for me, so I could get on my way quickly. The room had good water pressure for the shower.

The hallways could use a fresh coat of paint, it is a bit worn.

the front desk personnel were so helpful, especially when my wife needed assistance with a checkout issue. they ensured she could return to her room safely. the hotel also booked me a grab car, allowing me to continue my journey without delay (i really appreciated that).

i did notice there wasn't a microwave in the room. reheating food would have been easier with one, especially since we had ordered in.
